Introducing the Marketplace
We're excited to announce the launch of the Sonesse Marketplace — a curated collection of pre-built AI agents that developers can deploy into video meetings with minimal code.
The Marketplace is designed to solve a common challenge: while our Universal API gives you complete flexibility to build custom meeting experiences, many teams want to start with proven, production-ready agents and customise from there.
What's Available
At launch, the Marketplace includes agents across several categories:
- Note Takers — AI-powered meeting summarisation with action item extraction
- Real-Time Coaches — Live conversation analysis with contextual prompts
- Digital Avatars — Photorealistic AI avatars for video calls
- Voice Assistants — In-meeting AI assistants that respond to voice commands

How It Works
Each marketplace agent is a pre-configured combination of Sonesse capabilities — transcription, recording, real-time streaming, and bot management — packaged into a single deployable unit. You can deploy any agent with just a few lines of code and customise its behaviour through configuration.
